S.You’ve waited forever for relief. Gosh, you’ve tried endless remedies. Well, now you’ve had enough, so you stop – whatever that looks like. But what you didn’t know were much better days. What now?

“But if we stop we will never know what we missed. We will never know what to expect. “

It took two hours at DMV and your number was on the list for miles. You ran out of patience and left. Ten minutes later, you received a notification on your phone that you should go to the counter. It was your time

So you pulled a ridiculous “U-Ey” and raced back. You have been told that a system error was causing the number confusion. And you were also told to start over. “Are you kidding me?!”

Son of a weapon, that’s how it goes sometimes. And if there is much more to lose, this may also apply to those who are already struggling with a mood or anxiety disorder.

Capture this breathtaking wisdom from the Golden Gate Bridge suicide jump survivor Ken Baldwin …

I immediately realized that everything in my life that I thought was unfixable was completely fixable – except that I had just jumped.

I get it. These are extremely troubling times and a lot is being stopped. But we cannot allow that. No, we have to get a grip on it by getting a grip on ourselves.

This could be your time

Who is Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow

As you may know, there was a notable Twitter controversy last week. Athlete Tim Tebow tweeted an inspirational video based on Christian faith. Twitter censored it for “potentially sensitive content” but stated it was a bug and made a fix.

We won’t get into the hustle and bustle. I mean, we have our own internal controversies to resolve. We’ll look at what Tebow had to say, however. I think you will agree with me that it is relevant – powerful – for people with mood and anxiety disorders, especially when they are thinking about giving up.

Before we delve into, I want you to know that I excluded the Christian references. I don’t want to risk offending and losing anyone. Remember, this will break the flow a little.

Okay, this is Tebow’s video title …

This could be your time. That breakthrough could be tomorrow or next year. However, you have the option of turning a test into a certificate. So many heroes were deeply wounded before being used heavily!

And the video content …

… We see a lot of the heroes, often they were really deeply wounded before they were ever used heavily. Perhaps you are going through a time in your life when you feel like you have just been badly wounded. It wasn’t your year, wasn’t your day – you just don’t feel like this is your time.

This could be your study time. This could be your time to grow. This could be your adjustment time. This might be the time a test for you, but tomorrow it becomes a testimony.

Maybe this is the next step for you. Maybe this is tomorrow. Maybe next week, maybe next year. But if we stop we will never know what we missed. We will never know what to expect.

What do you think? To me, it’s wonderfully sincere, realistic, and hopeful. So much so that I have a copy of it nearby. You know we all have our moments, especially these days. And it is very important to have inspirational grounding materials on hand.

Do you agree?

never give up

I know you have been waiting a long time for relief from mood or anxiety disorders. And now we are all concerned with the burden of time. Despite the frustration of trying so many remedies and making changes in thoughts and feelings, it would be a huge mistake to stop.

Tim Tebow again …

But if we stop we will never know what we missed. We will never know what to expect.

I don’t know about you, but I won’t risk it.
