1. Learn as much as you can about dealing with anxiety and depression:

There are plenty of books and information out there to show you how to deal with fear and fear. Share this information with the person struggling with their mental health problems.

2. Be understanding and patient with the person struggling with their fears:

Dealing with depression and anxiety can be difficult for the person. So don’t add more problems than you already have. Don’t argue with the person who is struggling with their fears.

3. Talk to the person instead of speaking to them:

Another way to convince the person struggling with anxiety and depression is to tell them what can happen if they don’t get support. Anxiety and depression can make the situation worse and usually won’t go away on their own without some treatment.

6. Find out why the person is not getting help:

Fix the problems why the person is not getting the help they need. Many people who have problems feel anxious and frustrated. Try to find out why he or she is not getting the help they need, and then try to find ways that will overcome their resistance to seeking help.
