We will learn and practice effective Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to grow and achieve a “life worth living”. DBT has been shown to be influential in changing the lives of many people. The skills you learn in this group can change your life too. However, you must be committed and determined to practice the skills daily until they become standard behavior.


Activities include classroom sessions that provide appropriate skills to combat depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms.


From Monday in January at 7 p.m. Mondays weekly from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
