A Black Lives Matter activist who allegedly plowed her car into supporters of Donald Trump during a California rally in September, has been hit with a slew of additional charges.
Tatiana Turner, 40, has now been accused of using a stun gun against a counter-protester at the September 26 BLM march she organized in Yorba Linda, where she allegedly also ran over a Trump supporter.
Turner is also accused of beating two men with a four-foot-long rod at a Seal Beach rally on August 29.
The Long Beach activist has now racked up a total of 13 felony charges stemming from her violence at the two protests, including: one felony count of attempted premeditated murder and six felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one of which caused ‘great bodily injury.’
Turner has also been charged with two felony counts of the use of pepper spray by a felon in connection with the September protest after MAGA counter protesters turned up at the demonstration, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Turner will now face two additional felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon for the attack at the Seal Beach protest, which ‘left one of the victims with injuries to his head so severe they required staples.’
‘[She] repeatedly beat two men as they lay on the ground after being beaten by a group of protesters,’ officials said.
If convicted on all charges, Turner faces a maximum sentence of seven years to life in prison – plus 26 years in state prison.
She has previous felony convictions for drug sales and domestic violence.
Prosecutors have previously said that Turner deliberately drove into a crowd of Trump’s supporters with the intent to kill a woman, who was identified on Wednesday as 44-year-old Danielle Lindgren.
Lindgren was hospitalized for several months after Turner ran back-and-forth over her head during the protest in Yorba Linda.
‘She positioned her vehicle to be used as a backup weapon and she used that vehicle as a deadly weapon, willing to injure and kill those who stood in her way,’ District Attorney Todd Spitzer said in a statement last year.
Lindgren has also been charged with one misdemeanor count of possessing a baton and faces a maximum sentence of one year in jail if convicted, officials said.
A second counter-protester suffered a broken leg after he was also run over by Turner.

Three more of the ‘March 4 Equality’ protesters have been charged for crimes committed at the Yorba Linda protest, with one other counter-protester also charged.
‘We support the right to peacefully protest, but these are not peaceful protests. These are organized protests that encourage others to engage in civil disobedience and violence,’ Spitzer said on Wednesday.
‘We continue to review all surveillance footage to identify other suspects, regardless of what side of an issue they are on.’
Spitzer said his office will continue to prosecute anyone using force or unlawful intimidation tactics against any person or group.
‘Individuals who engage in violent and unlawful behavior in Orange County, regardless of their political or organizational leanings and associations, will not be tolerated and will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,’ he said.
‘The outrageous crimes committed recently by rioters at the U.S. Capitol building betrayed the core principles of our democracy and are a stark reminder that as Americans we will not stand for violence and lawlessness, especially when it is shamelessly disguised as the freedom of speech.’

A defense lawyer said last year that Turner tried unsuccessfully to get help from cops in Yorba Linda after her group was overwhelmed by a hostile crowd.
Turner saw people with guns and feared for her life when she got into her car that was blocked by Trump supporters, attorney Ludlow Creary II said.
According to Newser, Turner called 911 but ‘got the runaround.’ She then appealed to cops on the ground but was also refused help, they claim.
‘Sheriff’s deputies on scene didn’t do anything,’ Creary said.
He said she was trying to get away and didn’t intend to hit anyone.
‘There were actions that caused her to become fearful for her life and that’s when she accelerated,’ Creary added.
‘She wasn’t trying to hit anybody. She wasn’t trying to hurt anybody.’
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department, however, has claimed Turner was not in any danger when she accelerated.
‘It did not appear from the video we’ve been able to see that there was a direct threat,’ spokeswoman Carrie Braun said.
Last year, Turner made her first appearance in court remotely from the jail and was ordered held on $1 million bail. A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf by her lawyer.
