Michael shares his advice on taking care of your wellbeing in digital communication.
– Michael Priestley
Hi everyone, I’m Michael and I’m the editor of the Student Minds Blog. With the switch to online learning and socialization since the outbreak of Covid-19, I have received much more digital communication than normal. This was obviously a great way to stay connected, but it can also present some potential new challenges for maintaining our wellbeing. During this time I found it helpful to identify and enforce my own needs and limits in digital communication on different platforms. Read my advice on the Student Minds website for
– – Use of social media since the pandemic,
– – Maintaining socially distant relationships
– – Study online from home and
– – Dealing with fears or difficulties with video calls.
